The Cuvee was selected from old vines, with 2g/l of dosage.

The wine's character on the nose evokes key lime, yogurt, koji, cheesecake, sweet brioche, lemon, and apple. The palate is not super robust but still very giving, with citrus showing a pithier and zestier note due to the acid. A slight phenolic character is present on the mid-palate and finish, with a touch of flinty reductiveness throughout.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0676/6667/3717/files/dremont-pere-fils--cuvee-ephemere-018-grand-cru-extra-brut-2018-750ml_1_6c5a73bc-6ec4-4910-8963-d236d712e099.webp?v=1791834823
https://www.eltrivox.shop/products/dremont-pere-fils-cuvee-ephemere-018-grand-cru-extra-brut-2018-750ml-11296
